PAYMENT:

Payment methods include PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards.

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to PayPal.com where you can make the payment.

PayPal can also be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We provide two shipping methods:

• Free Shipping: It is free, it takes between 20 and 40 days and it is available for all countries.
• Priority Shipping: It costs $5.99, it takes between 10 and 20 days and it is available for a limited number of countries.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). 

We use a "Carbon Neutral" accredited courier service for our deliveries. Most of our packaging materials are recycled.

REFUND:

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 45 business days and in the best conditions.

The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 2 to 5 days.

If you have purchased anything on BREAKING BAD SHOP but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
