SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We provide two shipping methods:

• Free Shipping: It is free, it takes between 20 and 40 days and it is available for all countries.
• Priority Shipping: It costs $5.99, it takes between 10 and 20 days and it is available for a limited number of countries.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). 

We use a "Carbon Neutral" accredited courier service for our deliveries. Most of our packaging materials are recycled.

The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 2 to 5 days.
